This year 2010 IBE summer Celebration is back and full force and better than last. This year the out door free concert will have the talents of Keith Sweat, T.Marie, And Zapp and Roger, what a great line up for a outdoor concert. Also with Friday and Saturdays events so far we have The All White Affair with Case and DJ Capri. Also back by popular demand The Entertainment Hall which will have Dru Hill, Dj Cool, Rob Base, and chub rock.
